An agreement has been reached to work on a robotic bubble vibration toy concieved at IIIT-B by students and G.N.Srinivasa Prassanna as PI, together with engineering design services rendered by VXL eTech.
IIIT-B and VXL eTech will jointly work to bring out a bubble vibration toy to a commercially viable prototype, which can be marketed using mechanisms to be jointly decided at the time of marketing.
Ownership of the robotic toy will reside with IIIT-B and VXL eTech, who will share equally in any commercial revenues recievable after third party payments are made.
IIIT-B will offer its patent Intellectual Property to robotic bubble vibration toy’s development & marketing, VXL eTech will offer their intellectual property in terms of pre-existing design to the project.
The first commercial prototype will be targeted to be ready by March 31st this year.
